NewsletterPricing answers one question: what will my newsletter platform actually cost me, now and as my list grows?

Methodology

Official sources only. Every price comes from the platform's own pricing page (or the price table that page loads). We never estimate or interpolate a list price. If we can't verify a tier, we mark it unverified and leave it out of the calculator.
Dated. Each platform shows the date we last checked it, with a link to the source.
Tiers round up. Like the platforms themselves, we bill you at the smallest tier that covers your subscriber count.
Paid-subscription fees. We add each platform's own cut plus Stripe's standard card fee (2.9% + $0.30 per payment) as an estimate. Your real Stripe fees depend on country, card type and Stripe Billing usage.
What we don't model: taxes/VAT, promotional discounts, add-ons (extra seats, dedicated IPs), email-volume caps, and currency conversion. All prices are USD.
Open data. The full dataset is published at /data/pricing.json.

We're not owned by or affiliated with any platform. We may earn affiliate commissions (see disclosure), but the calculator ranks purely by cost.
