How Klaviyo pricing works
Klaviyo's email plan is priced by active profiles: every profile that can be emailed, including shoppers who gave their email at checkout without opting in (suppressed and unsubscribed profiles don't count). Each tier includes 10 email sends per profile a month. If your active profiles outgrow the tier, Klaviyo moves you to a compliant tier at the next billing cycle. The free plan covers 250 active profiles and 500 emails a month. SMS, WhatsApp and other add-ons are billed separately and aren't included here. Above 150,000 profiles: talk to sales.
